Levant was a truly delightful dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful, understated elegance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. What really stood out was the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. You could tell that everything was made with care. The portions were also generous, without being overwhelming. The dessert, a small selection of baklava, was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The delicate pastry and rich filling were simply divine. Overall, Levant offers an authentic and high-quality Lebanese dining experience. It's a fantastic spot for a special occasion or a casual dinner with friends. The owner was super welcoming and we will definitely be returning!

incredible tasty and reheats well! i tried the mixed feteer, not normally being a meat pizza kind of gal. it was actually so delicious, cheese was cheesing, and i liked the thousand island-y dipping sauce. beware, size can definitely be enough for 2 people. i came alone and had plenty of leftovers.

After reading The NY Times article about the feteer at Levant, we had to come. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and welcoming to us. We ordered the beef shawarma feteer which was flaky, cheesy and delicious. Why aren’t feteers on every menu?!? We loved Levant so much we came back and ordered their mixed grill the next day. Everything was so delicious!

Delicious spot in Astoria for levantine food. Highly recommend getting the feteers, which is basically like an calzone or a huge quesadilla. There are vegetarian options and also plenty of yummy meat options. The fetters are humongous so make sure you’re sharing it with someone else (or get ready to take some home). I also ordered a Fattoush salad to add some health, and it was delicious. We came here with a large group and were able to find seating, it is not a huge restaurant though so if you have a large group, maybe come during off times. The staff were friendly and hilarious.

The Feteer was simply incredible, we got the Pastrami and Nutella/Lotus ones, the fillings were delicious and they make the Feteer right in front of you too which is really fun, service was quick and they gave us free bread too!

Fresh baked bread for wraps and fresh to order feteer (Pharoah's pizza). Tasty Shawarma kababs and their fixings here at Levant. This place boasts a giant oven that makes all its breads and sandwich wraps after you order them. You can see the whole prep area, kitchen, and bakery. They offer speedy takeout and have enough sit-down space inside (and outside) for you to enjoy the restaurant's meals. They have sodas from the Middle East. The owners have multiple successful eateries across the city. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place and this man more than 5 stars I would. I believe he is the owner but I’m not sure, all I know is it felt like my grandpa was taking care of us for this meal! He was so funny and kind, when he noticed we were overwhelmed with the options, he insisted we sampled every meat. The feteer was SO YUMMY! We got a half ground beef and half beef shawarma. I recommend the ground beef but if you’re a shawarma person, this is the best! We also got a half levant chicken and half chicken shawrama, the levant chicken was impeccable. THE CRAZY PART! My sister asked if he knew where we could get om ali (traditional egyptian dessert that is incredible)- he said i don’t know but i will make it for you, my treat. He whipped out the tagens and started working it. It was hands down the best om ali I’ve had and this is something i’ve loved my whole life ( it was a very nostalgic flavor). People on his crew were also incredibly sweet, they kept offering us things to sample, drinks, and pickles because they know egyptians love pickles. The absolute sweetest man, he’s extremely talented and I hope his business grows to be as big as his heart. PICS BELOW!! If you have any mediterranean/arab food in NYC, let it be levant astoria! (ask for pics of his grandkids, they’re cute!)
